Other departments like design & development, Q. C, Stores, PCC are placed within the manufacturing unit as per the working. Our unit has established full fledged tool room, in order to ensure timely delivery and quality of our product. Ours is a well organized and professionally managed tool room manufacturing all variety of tooling for our clients and domestic use. Ashoka Industries is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company and all activities are being managed with principles. Authorities are distributed at all the levels and integration of activities is being managed by authorized persons time to time. Entire work is being centrally managed by implementation of various management systems of marketing, procurement and production, finance, HRD etc. keeping the concept of TQM in the center. Marketing management works for business promotion through advertisement and trade show participation, national & international both. Activities pertaining to designing, costing, purchase, tool development, stores, production, inspection, customer's feed back etc. are being managed under procurement and production management. Financial management provides system for all in & out money flows, accounting, banking, supporting finance etc. HRD takes care of training and motivational needs of employees along with their social well-being.
