| About | ATA is one of the major plastic injection moulding house in Malaysia, we provide services such as tooling design, tooling fabrication, moulding plastic parts, we even have secondary facilities to support parts with spraying, printing, laser cutting, hot stamp and hot roll, and to further extend our service, we provide sub-assembly and final assembly service to our customer as well. We are capable of producing plastic product range from internal mechanical parts to external cosmetic parts, our in house CNC, EDM, Wire Cut facilities enable us to fabricate tooling with capability to produce plastic parts with tolerance as low as 0.05mm, and our in house secondary process enable us to produce most of the cosmetic requirement from our customer. Our injection machine capacity is ranging from 50 ton to 850 ton, and we have total of 158 unit of injection machine. Our secondary department is equip with 2 fully automated robotic arm spraying machine, 2 semi auto rotating conveyor spray machine and 4 manual spray boot, 1 laser cutting machine and numbers of printing and hot stamping machine. With these facilities we are able to support our customer R&D to create impressive design in a very short time and we are able to support large quantity order as well. All of these facilities and capabilities had make us a prefer choice as a business partner, as this had simplify our customer job and reduce on the costing as well. |
