| About | Action Unloaders is part of the Tank Connection Affiliate Group and was formed in March 2008 after the purchase of the former French company Starvrac's intellectual property and assets. The Starvrac technology has been implemented in over 4500 bulk terminal installations worldwide, and has successfully handled over 280 different products. Our bottom reclaimers can be implemented into new construction silos, domes, and stockpiles, or any retro-fit. Action Unloaders' workhorse unit, the Planetaire, consists of a through-silo tunnel that allows FULL ACCESS to all mechanical components, whether the silo is full or empty. A cantilevered, sweeps the bottom of the silo floor while extracting material to a center discharge hole, with ZERO FREE FLOW. This unit is designed to be the most robust bottom reclaimer in the world while still offering easy maintenance, access, and operation. Sizes range from 26' to 60' in diameter The Hydrovrac unit is a single cantileverd screw that sweeps 360 degrees while extracting material to a center discharge hole. This unit does not have a through-silo tunnel and is completely driven by hydraulics. Sizes range from 13' to 26' in diameter. The Symetrix unit is a dual screw unit that consists of one-half tunnel, that allows FULL ACCESS to all mechanical components, whether the dome/silo is empty or full. The screws sweep 180 degrees and extract material to a center discharge hole. The Symetrix unit is an electric/hydraulic driven unit. Sizes range from 80' to 115' in diameter. Tank Connection Affiliate Group is the only global manufacturer that designs, manufactures, and installs all 4 kinds of steel silos (RTP, Field-weld, Shop-weld, and Hybrid) tanks. |
