Buyers must be prepared to deal directly with us, providing a letter of intent on their company letterhead, and full banking details to allow our bank to conduct the routine soft probe and eliminate time wasting. Their letter of credit draft would follow, and shipments can begin once their L/ C is opened. Only financially capable companies are invited to source from us. Minimum shipload quanties are required. We also can offer competitively price construction grade portland cement, rebar steel, and bitumen in different grades and quantities. Contrary to most sellers we see here, we have limited supplies that are real-not multimillions of tons that are bogus. |
