COMPANY PROFILE Alrecon Fashions (p) Ltd. has its manufacturing facilities in Bangalore, Coimbatore, E-rode, Tirupur, Surat, Ludhiana in India & also in Dhaka, Bangladesh. For delivering consistent services & products, we have a strong network of communication between our factories & coordinate from our Head Office in Secunderabad. The following is a brief description of our manufacturing base: A) FABRIC MANUFACTURING I) WEAVING Type of Looms---Sulzer Projectile P7100---116 nos. (36 dobbies) Vamatex Rapier---150 nos. Picanol Airjet Omni---24 nos. We manufacture here all kinds of greige fabrics from 85 gsm to 450 gsm in narrow & wider widths in 100% cotton, Cotton blends, Polyester blends etc. II) PROCESSING Type of Machines---Exhaust & Continuous methods. Capacity---50000 mtr / day Process capabilities: All kinds of fabric compositions; Vat, Direct, Sulphur, direct dyeing. Finishing with crinkle, wrinkle resistant, water & oil repellence, anti- bacterial & different kinds of prints. III) KNITTING Type of machines---Circular Knitting machines in Mayer & Cie, Jumberca, etc. Capacity---12 tons / day. B) GARMENTING No. of Sewing machines---260 For woven (includes boottoms & tops for men, ladies & kids; workwear; formal & casual wear for spring / summer / fall / winter ---100 for Knits Finishing machines---25 nos. Garment finishing / washing---12 industrial washing & drying m / cs. Development & Design: We have a cell for design & development of fabrics & apparels with the use of latest innovations, technological breakthroughs, latest fashion concepts, cost effectiveness & overall comfort feel on the finished garments. We also can execute the product development projects of clients for meeting specific requirements. Quality Testing: We do quality testing & inspection for the raw materials, production intermediates & finished products at our inhouse labs & inspection machines following ISO, ASTM & AATCC methods. Certifications: We are in the process of ISO certification for Quality Assurance System. We have Oeko-Tex Certification for our Process House. We adhere to the international standards of compliance & social obligations. |
