The company started it's manufacturing with a small base in the year 1980 by manufacturing general purpose Welding Electrodes and later in the year 1990 it added another manufacturing base located at Palghar an Industrial Township at about 100 kms from the Port city of Mumbai. Subsequently expansions were undertaken along with downward and sideways intergration and the company diversified into various value added products manufactured at the sprawling area of about 200, 000 sq ft at Palghar with the work force of about 250 people.
