| About | Established in 1980, Asiafame Development Ltd.(China Workshop:DongGuan Sentai Glass Manufactory), has been one of the leading and experienced OEM glass fabricators in China, exporting globally including establishments in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. In 1994, Asiafame had relocated from his Hong Kong headquarter to the beautiful neighborhood of Mission Hills Golf Club in Shenzhen City, GuangDong. The new production facility is an area of 20,000 square meters to accommodate about 400 well-trained employees to generate a stunning production output exceeding 80 containers a month. Nonetheless, there have numerous improvements been invested in order to satisfy steady growing demand of OEM orders. Asiafame has invested over 50 various machines, including Italian made CNC cutting tables to assure cutting accuracy, temper ovens from Finland that meets BS6206 and BS EN 12150-1 standard, sophisticated CNC edger for precise edging, computerized edging machines for various shape edging, high efficiency glass washer, and CNC drilling machines. The company also invested continuous feeding sandblasters and silkscreen printers for different applications on glass surface. In order to further satisfying steady increasing of OEM orders, the company has again relocated in 2007 to a twice larger production facility in Dong Guan, many additional soficate production machines were purchased. Most import improvents of all is to construct a dust-free silkscreen room in early 2009, which advance the company to produce high quality printing product for electric industry. Currently, Asiafame has employed over 600 workers and has increased its capacity over 100 containers a month. For years, Asiafame has become a well-acknowledged factory by many of his clients. One of popular products is tempered glass that is incoporated with silkscreen technique, to exhibit designated pattern and color and the same tempered glass also can further add an acid-etched treatment on opposite surface for high end interior or exterior applications. Asiafame also OEM glass components used for tables, cabinet doors and shelves. We also specialize in providing high end silkscreen tempered glass widely used for LCD and plasma TV base, and audio units in furniture. In addition, Asiafame is capable of producing chemical etched flat panel and bent glass in either tempered or non-tempered version.
