| About | We would like to introduce ourselves as Manufacturers of machined components. We are presently approved machining components manufacturers for M/s SKF Bearings India Ltd. India & NRB Bearings Ltd. We have developed a variety of machined components for them. We have CNC lathes and we have other dedicated machining and heat treatment facilities where we can develop variety of machined components like Gears, Gear blanks, Bearing rings in soft condition , flanges. Our machining & forging facilities are ISO 9002:1994 certified by DNV. We are also conversant with FMEA, PPAP, MSA and other QS 9000 requirements. We have following machining facilities in house: - - Forging Plant - 150 Metric tons per month - Size OD 110 m.m. Max. - Bigger forgings can be procured from our approved forging suppliers. - Turning (CNC machines and manual machines) - Special Comparator gauges for mass production - Profile projector for projecting component profile. - CAD facility (for drawing component profile for comparison with actual component and other drawing purposes) Any other facilities can be easily developed as required. As you can see we are a team of dedicated and qualified Mechanical Engineers and we have been in the manufacturing field for 16 years. Our focus while developing any component is continual improvement in production processes and quality related matters so as to serve our customers better and better.
