These are the products involved in satisfying my customer needs. As a sourcing Associate, my job involves: 1. Collecting the ideas from respective buying units 2. Sample development with proper source 3. Arranging buyers visit 4. Coordinating with buyers& vendors and order confirmation thereafter. 5. Placing the orders with all details 6. Follow up Approval sample, Yarn, Lap dips, Bulk approval, Accessories. 7. On line inspection, Status to buying units, Final inspection, Shipments, Documents. 8. Ensuring labour norms, working conditions with factories. My job also involves providing the buying units with market information such as New developments in yarns, fabrics, garments, government polices, new brand arrivals and the other innovations in the markets. Then I had deled with plenty of yarn types, fabric types, prints and washes like AntiMicrobiac wash, Golf ball wash, Acid wash, etc. The wash involves in fabric and garment structure also. We also specialize in the Mercerized Polo Shirts of the Golf Market. Now the garment market has become quite complex looking for quality and fashion products at competitive price which demands the buyer to workout a sorted delivery. By working with suitable vendors having vertical integrated units with the good finance background and also properly adhering to all social norms the above can be achieved.
