We would like to avail an opportunity to introduce ourselves as a leading manufacturer of plastic bottles & containers based on HDPE/LDPE meant for Eatables, Ayurvedic Medicines, Pharma and Cosmetics with quality screen printing in solvent resistant ink on round and flat surface. We have 19mm,25mm, and 28mm Flip top leak proof cap for shampoo bottles.28mm Flip top cap with a depth of 19mm is suitable to fit on pet bottles also that have again been checked for leakage. We get the moulds prepared on CNC & EDM through reputed mould makers, which are precise in size & shape as per requirement of the customer. We have good infrastructure to manufacture these items comprising fully automatic blow- moulding machines, single station and one double station, with chilling plant unit, working round the clock and have good spare capacity which is again expected to be increased with addition of one more fully automatic machine very soon. We are already supplying these containers to some reputed industrial customers in cosmetics and chemical industry in bulk quantity to complete satisfaction of our customers.
