| About | Our Company The BALATONI Hus started its production in 1 January 1991. The factory's main profile is the production of dry sausages. We have 61 products that are accepted and acknowledged by the market. These include: 23 type of dry sausage and 38 type of salami. Besides the traditional pork and beef products we also make turkey dry sausages salamis horse dry sausages horse salamis mutton products and ostrich dry sausages, which are low in cholesterol and rich in vitamin E. Our product list includes special, unique products as well. These are listed here shortly: -5 types of dry sausage covered in cheese (Parmesan, Edam,"Pannonia", Camembert, and Smoked). -6 types of spice-covered salami. Our specialities include, for example, the Italian-style flavoured salami with green Indian peppercorn, or Spanish-style chorizo ham salami which is made without bacon.
