The history of Branco Peres group begins in 1957 and, since, then, it maintains a strong relation of respect and care towards the land. During the 50's, the group traded coffee in the Brazilian market. Nevertheless, immediately after, it pushed the frontiers towards globalizaiton and became one of greatest exporter of Brazilian green coffee. In the possession of such know-how, Branco Peres Group started to diversify the cultures, with orange and sugar cane plantations and the raising of cattle for meat. The technology developed along the years was the key to convert the rich resources of the Brazilian land into industrialized products. Thus, the Branco Peres Group achieved an outstanding position within the Brazilian economy, industrializing roasted and instant coffee, concentrated orange juice, sugar and fuel alcohol. |
