GigaCrete Products are the next generation green building materials that structurally, economically, and environmentally outperform todays conventional building products. GigaCrete manufactures some of the most innovative, functional, highperformance interior finishes on the market. GigaCrete products many applications from housing and office buildings to defense and homeland security, schools, hotels, casinos, hospitals, restaurants, public buildings or any place with wall surfaces prone to abusive treatment, moist environments. PlasterMax is a new eco-friendly cementitious building material that uses no Portland cement, rather it uses a proprietary nontoxic binder, a filler from waste ash. PlasterMax has achieved the worlds first code approval as an abuse resistant fire rating coating replacing drywall over ICF. Composites do not shrink or crack like concrete and are hurricane, earthquake/water/mold resistant all made with recycled materials. BallistiCrete is also available for military applications. New products are under development for exterior coatings as well as panel systems. Crete-Heat is the newest innovative green product for energy efficient radiant heating systems. Crete-Heat insulated radiant grid system for poured concrete comes in either 2 or 1retrofit applications. The 2 solid EPS foam maintains R 10 continuous thermal insulation with shiplap joints in 2 x 4 sections. A 10 mil polystyrene film provides the vapor and radon resistor and the 3 on center fasteners cut the install time by up to 2/3 and is shipped in UV protected packaging for outdoor storage. The Barrier is a high performance EPS form under slab insulator and vapor retarder designed to insulate and retard moisture migration through concrete slabs. The Barrier can be used in basements, foundations, crawl spaces under pools, mobile and modular homes, hydronic heated slabs, snow melts and more. It is also shipped in rolls with self sealing taped sides. Roll it out, pour the concrete! No breakage, higher R value. We are Green Insulation products and as such we distribute only the highest quality radiant barriers and reflective foam insulation. Our products come in solid or perforated to breath under vinyl siding, attic spaces, walls under staple up radiant heating, under metal roofing. MicroFoil, MicroVent, Solex, and MicroLt come in wide rolls with self taping edges in sizes easy to ship. Igloo is a semi flexible rolled insulation for walls, floors, and animal buildings. Insulated pallet blankets keep shipped products for shipping applications. |
