| About | Beautiluscious has over 300, 000 pieces of brand name clothing in inventory. These clothes are brand new straight from the many garment factories that used to be here in Saipan. Saipan used to be the place for many brand name clothing companies to come and make their clothes. The attractiveness of this place is that while minimum wage used to be $3 / hour the companies could still say "Made in USA" since we're a US Commonwealth. Since the wages have now jumped to a whooping $4. 05 / hour and the plan is to raise it $. 50 / year, until we reach the average US minimum wage, most factories have closed their doors and headed somewhere else where the labor is still cheaper.
