| About | Beijing Capital Tyre Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Capital Tyre) locates in 1#, Yi District, Fangshan Industry Park, Fangshan. As one of the twenty four state-owned key tyre enterprises in China, Capital Tyre mainly researches, produces and sells semi-steel redial tyres and bias tyres, including PCR, LTR and OTR kinds. Capital Tyre has kept the position of top 75 for many years, economic capability is in top 15 and production capability is in top 5. The registered brands of our products are BCT, Jinglun and Autoguard. In the "Seventh Five-Year" period, we were the first enterprise imported the production line and technology from Perrily in Italy. Thus, we have the annual production capacity of 300,000 pieces of tyres, including light truck tyres and passenger car tyres, which were both semi-steel radial tyres. We were able to manufacture 1.2 million radial tires per year. Now, our annual capacity is 7.1 million radial tires and industrial output value reaches 1.5 billion RMB. In the Tenth Five-Year, we planned for 2 new factories respectively in Fangshan District of Beijing, with annual capacity of 10 million radial tires (the first stage was accomplished and in operation) and Xushui in Hebei Province with annual capacity of 0.6 million radial tires and 1.5 million bias-ply tires (in operation). During many years of development, our company has prompted management level, establishing and improving quality systems. Thus, the main function index of our tires can reach the internationally advanced level. Until now, we have obtained many Certifications, such as ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System Certification, China Compulsory Certification (CCC), DOT Certification of The United States Department of Transportation, ECE Certification of United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and INMETRO Certification for Brazilian market.
