| About | Beijing Jiya Semiconductor Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as Beijing Jiya) was established in December 1999, and is located in Zhongguan Village High Technology Zone, Beijing Changping District. Beijing Jiya is a Joint Venture Company established by Shanxi Aluminum Plant, American Xtal Technology Inc. of the U.S.A., Harmony Oversesa Ltd. of Consco Group in HongKong and Faithful Properties Co., Ltd. HongKong, with total investment of over 4.2 million USD. The headquarters of Beijing Jiya is located in Haidian District, Beijing, integrating the administration, sale and marketing. Our production site was developed from Shanxi Aluminum Plant in Hejin City, Shanxi. Beijing Jiya utilizes the forefront technology called Hydrometallurgy to extract 4N Gallium from Bayer Spent Liquid, and can produce more than 20 metric tons annually. Beijng Jiya has the ability to adjust our production according to the market demands. High purity gallium metal is the basic ingredient of semiconductor compound materials. Under the development of science and technology, our compound semiconductor materials such as GaN, GaAs and more are widely used in various kinds of new industries. Gallium is also highly utilized in the manufacture of super conductor materials, such as alloy, alnico and more. Besides gallium, we also process various metals, such as iron, boron and neodymium with increased magnetic strength, good quality and strong marketing ability. Beijing Jiya is currently selling our 4N gallium products to clients in the USA, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Japan and Korea. We also sell our products to end users all over Mainland China. With the soaring development in cosmonautics, aeronautic telecommunication, new lighting alloy materials and digital audio-visual fields, there are tremendous demands of gallium in both domestic and international market.
