| About | Black Opal Confectionery is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of fresh soft eating all natural gourmet licorice & marshmallow. All of our products are produced at the state of the art brand new facility in Sydney, Australia and exported all over the world. In 1999 we have acquired a 70 year old traditional marshmallow manufacturing business that provided us with access to an unique old recipe for marshmallow manufacturing that no one seems to have retained anywhere in the world. That has proven to be a great success too. All of our products are being manufactured at the state of the art brand new facility on custom designed equipment.
