Bodegas sanviver is at the present time the only company that elaborates the traditional vermouth and sangria in the community of madrid. Our main activity is the production and distribution of wines, vermouth and sangria. In our facilities of fuenlabrada(madrid)in a surface of 1500 square meters, the machinery and the necessary teams are located for the elaboration, analysis, and control of quality of the vermouth, as well as the deposits and appropriate tanks for the storage of the same one. the vermouth zarro and sangria follows the tradition in its elaboration process, maintaining the handmade method of maceration of grasses in oak cask. But at the same time it uses the last enologic novelties, as much in machinery as in procedures, obtaining an excellent product as a result. |
