| About | BONNY COMPOSITE-TECH (TONGXIANG) LIMITED is a subsidiary of Bonny Sports Corp. We are engaged in the development, design, and manufacture of composite materials. Bonny Sports Corp. was founded in Taiwan area in 1982. We have more than 26 years of experience in manufacturing composite materials. We are proud of our carbon fiber products such as tennis rackets, badminton rackets, squash rackets, ski poles, and hockey sticks. We also have various patents. We are an OEM and ODM partner of world famous brands according to our core competence of sophisticated manufacturing technology, outstanding quality, specialized R&D, and quick response to the market. Sophisticated Manufacturing Technology The headquarters of BONNY SPORTS is located in Taiwan area, and we take charge of the R&D, international business, financial management, and strategy planning. There are more than 2,000 people in our Shenzhen and Tongxiang factories. Based on the advantage of supply-chain model, we can offer high quality products at reasonable prices. BONNY SPORTS moved the whole production line to mainland China in 1991. With sufficient labor resources and detailed training system, BONNY SPORTS has integrated the advantages of mainland China and Taiwan area to deal with diversified products to follow the market trend. The cooperation increases more than 20% of procedure precision. Our manufacturing procedure is divided into 7 processes and more than 74 steps. We set strict QC standards at every step to improve the precision, quality, stability, and consistency to reduce inaccuracy. Focusing on R&D BONNY SPORTS has invested in the carbon-fiber racket manufacturing technology since 1983. We have established good cooperative relationships with German engineers. We have developed unique Long String Rackets. This kind of product also has won the title of German Industry Product Award (1985) and has become the model in the field. From then on, R&D has become the core competence of BONNY. We got many patents continually. With this capability, BONNY SPORTS also started the collaboration with many famous brands. In 2002, BONNY SPORTS cooperated with Nano laboratory and Industrial Technology Research Institute to develop the latest Nano rackets. We mix the nano micell with carbon-fiber. BONNY SPORTS has presented the rackets with good tenacity and anti-vibration function. BONNY Brand During 1998 ~ 2002, BONNY SPORTS started focusing on the OBM factors. We have developed a series of patent products to establish the image of extraordinary taste, and our sales volume has increased gradually. We still pay attention to the ways of building our own racket enterprise. We expect that BONNY SPORTS can be the leader of tennis and badminton equipment. In 2003, BONNY SPORTS signed a contract with the World Badminton Champion Dong-Jiong and China famous tennis players - Wang Yu and Zhu Benqiang. BONNY SPORTS invited them to be the spokesmen not only for the advertisement but for the R&D of BONNY SPORTS. We believe after the testing of these professional players, we can strongly convince customers. Now, BONNY SPORTS has a design team. Our products include rackets, sports wear, and sports shoes. We have shown the efforts and aesthetics of BONNY design team on the performance of products, appearances, and materials. After 26 years of hard work, BONNY SPORTS has cooperated with more than 100 dealers in China. We also have agencies in Korea, Japan, Taiwan area, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
