| About | Bulgaria-K JSC. Was founded in 1931 by COATS LTD which makes it the oldest and the only sewing-thread manufacturer in Bulgaria and one of the biggest on the Balkan Peninsula. After having been owned by the state for more than 40 years, it became a 100% private property in 1997, Bulgaria-Tex JSC being the biggest owner/owning over 80% of the capital/and an investor, who is in a constant search of more opportunities for development and co-operation, especially with foreign partners. The company is a monopolist in the manufacturing of sewing, knitting, embroidery and technical threads in the country. Bulgaria-K JSC. Is a part of the textile industry and a major supplier for the garment manufacturers. The industry is characterised with relatively short manufacturing process and positive profit margin.
