Our double glass feature prevents the area around the element from prematurely heating above the set temprature ensureing a more uniform temprature throughout the tank. Also the outer glass temprature is reduced, this is especially usefull when brewing as the yeast can stress when overheated. Although the heaters are user adjustable, a calibration and testing procedure ensures they are running at the correct specifications.
