Original of these documents shall be sent to buyer by courier after receiving balance. 2. Loading & Shipment: Loading shall commence immediately after the receipt of deposit. Documents Involved: 1) Full set (3 originals and 3 copies) of clean on board Bill of Lading, marked 'freight prepaid''14 days free detention time' made out to order blank endorsed and notify the Buyer.2) Commercial Invoice in 2 copies, indicating the contract number etc. 3. Shipping Advice: We shall, within immediately after the completion of the loading of the goods, send by email the sales confirmation no, commodity, quantity, invoiced value, gross/net weight, name of vessel; date of sailing ETD etc. Yard inspection is allowed during loading and shipping process.
