The whole Puer Tea manufacturing process follow strict guidelines down to the minute details. Accuracy is adhered to in the harvest season, baking temperature and sun drying procedure. Experience and traditional craftsmanship play an important role in the tea picking, selection, grading, fermantation, steaming, compression, baking, packaging to storing in a clean, odourless and ventilated storage area.
