The Co. has many activities as Importing, Exporting, trading, Manufacturing, Consulting, Distributing and warehousing and Transporting. SOLCHEM The facility based in Turkey, near Yumurtalik region, the gate for Iraq, Iran, Middle East and Middle East petrol which will open to the World, has opened. The factory s construction has done between August 2004 and February 2006. It s planted over 18255m2. It is consisted of Management Building, Chemical Substances storage tanks, Factory building, engine room, tanker loading areas, Open Storage Areas. Co. facility in Yumurtalik region planted on 18.255 m2 and it consists as followings: Management Building, Chemical Substances storage tanks, Factory Building, Engine Room, Tanker loading areas and Open Storage Areas Management Building It has 1st floor, consists of 2 rooms, a cafe, a waiting room in 2nd floor consists of awaiting room and 3 rooms: manager s room and a meeting room. Chemical Substances storage tanks Capacity of tanks 6 tanks 500m3 total 3000m3 2 tanks 1500m3 total 3000 m3 2 tanks 2500m3 total 5000 m3 End Total 11000m3 Each tank has an interior epoxy paint and has an boiling oil system for heating. Tank s pipeline entrance s and exit s are 6 inches. Also there are connections between tanks and if needed automatically there can by-pass and transfers between tanks. Thinking communication from sea, pipelines have furnished until to sea side and 4Ex-proof motors assigned. Communications between tanks are 4000 m and appropriate for automation. Tanks are constructed with the latest technology. Factory Building Factory building is steel construction and it is planted over 800 m2 area. It has a laboratory and a supply room. Also factory has 4 10 m3 reactors and platforms carrying the reactors. Engine Rooms We have 2 of 2000000 cal Petnis boiling oil engines. Also we have oil pumps and other needed materials for engines. Tanker Loading Areas Area between factory building and tanks has left for loading. We can load and unload 4 tankers (8 if needed) at the same time. All area ground is concrete. Also we have 2 fire extinguisher towers.
