CME Diesel Solutions is an authorized dealer for Emissions Technology of the CCS. The CCS is a pre-combustion catalyst system that lowers emissions and reduces fuel consumption on diesel generators and heavy equipment. The CCS injects a catalyst into the air stream of a diesel engine causing the oxygen to interact with the fuel and cause a burn at lower temperatures. This causes a more complete burn in the power stroke of the engine thereby limiting the amount of carbon particulate emissions. The catalyst also reduces the exhaust heat allowing for a reduction in NOx. Finally, the catalyst makes the engine more efficient resulting in a 10-20% reduction in fuel consumption.
