| About | Changshu Kaidi Decoration Material Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of new building materials. Our company's main products are aluminum composite panels, colour coated aluminum coils and aluminum coils for advertising. Kaidi has three factories, respectively for aluminum composite panels, coated aluminum coils and geo-membranes. We have a production capability of 3,000,000 square meters of aluminum composite panels per year, with different thickness and 12,000 tons of different kinds of coated aluminum coils per year, with the thickness varies from 0.10mm to1.5mm and the widest coating of 2,000mm. Kaidi has three coating and baking and double coating and baking lines, among which the 2,000mm wide one is an exclusive and the widest coating line in China and has reached the international advanced level. Kaidi manufactures a kind of environmental-friendly architectural and decorative aluminum composite panel called "ALUMASTER". ALUMASTER Panel is composed of a polyethylene core between two aluminum sheets, and coated with extra-durable PVDF (Fluor resin) resin as a composite structure which features excellent characteristics such as fireproof, waterproof, heat-insulated, and sound-insulated performance and resistance against corrosion, pollution and wear. ALUMASTER panel is very easy to be processed. All cutting, milling, planning, slotting, side-folding and curving can be easily fulfilled by simple tools used for processing timber and metal. It can be shaped into various shapes, such as curve, reserved curve, corner and sharp curve according to the requirements of building designs. The applications of ALUMASTER are numerous. It can be used for decorating heavy curtain of building, furnishing both the walls outside and inside of new and old buildings. Furthermore, our company has passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification through the strict accreditation. All our products meet ASTM standard through SGS inspection, and have passed GB/T17748-1999 and B1 level national fireproof material capability test. |
