| About | Changzhou Heyuan Steel Tube Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of seamless pipes & tubes of carbon steel and alloy steel in accordance with ASTM A179, A192, A106, A53, A210, DIN17175, DIN1629 and DIN2448 standards and alloy steel of ASTM A213, A335, A209, A556, DIN17175 and SEW680 standards and precision tubes in accordance with ASTM A519 and DIN2391 standards. Located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, southern part of China, our mill covers an area of 100,000 square meters, among which 48,000 square meters is the building area of workshop. Production and Inspection Equipment We have 3 sets of piercing units, 16 sets of cold-drawn units, 4 sets of straightening units, 3 cutting machines as well as pickling and annealing furnaces and non-oxidation normalizing furnaces to ensure high output. We have a special lab with c-s analyzers, rockwell hardness testers, eddy-current detection systems and material testing devices to ensure the quality of our products. Production Capacity As a specialized manufacturer with an annual output of tubes of about 50000mt, we can manufacture and supply pipes & tubes with wide ranges of sizes (OD: 8mm-138mm; W.T: 0.8mm-22mm). We also manufacture pipes/tubes in accordance with customers' special requirements about OD, ID, or W. T, or mechanical properties. Certificates and application: We have already obtained API 5L&API 5CT and ISO9001:2000 certification and production license of pipes and tubes for the use of boilers and pressure vessels. We also got ndt (non-destructive testing) system certificate. Our products are widely used in automobile industry, petroleum industry, chemistry, boilers, pressure vessels, super heaters, architecture and heat exchangers.
