Now, we are able to directly import recycle POM to your factory: since we are making the buckle, we have tested the POM constantly for good quality by ourselves. ( 1) virgin grade POM is very expensive, although the quality is OK ( 2) off-grade is no good for Buckles making, it caused many problem in injection mold production and produce under standard buckles ( 3) our recycle POM, the melting temperature & the physical property is controlled and stable, it is very suitable for injection mold production of Buckle.
