| About | Chongqing Changyuan Chemical Corporation Ltd. (former Chongqing Jialing Chemical Factory) is a privately owned shareholding chemical supplier and was established in June 1997. At the moment, we have assets of RMB347 million (USD50 million) and net assets of RMB206 million including RMB25.88 million of registered capital. Our company has 751 registered staff members and workers, 80 engineers and technicians and 50 administrators. We produce potassium permanganate (KMnO4), potassium hydroxide (KOH), chloracetic acid (CH2ClCOOH), sodium permanganate aqueous solution (NaMnO4), Aminoacetic Acid (Glycine) C2H5NO2, chloro-formate and more. We pride ourselves in leading the market in terms of yield, technology and product quality. Our potassium permanganate products are globally superior in terms of technology and turnout. Changyuan Chemical Products enjoy great fame in the inorganic salt profession, as the market leader in permanganate salts. The Inorganic Salt Association founded in 2007 voted Jialing's manager to be the Director of Inorganic Salt Association. Our products are of high quality and have an excellent reputation among our domestic and overseas customers. Our main product is potassium permanganate, which makes up 48% of China's potassium permanganate export and has also been exported to Japan, Canada, Australia and other countries from South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and South America. Our potassium permanganate products which amount to the largest in terms of output and export within China are also the most cost effective after our launch in 2000. In 2002, our potassium permanganate products accomplished an output value of RMB130 million, a market income of RMB113.17 million and a foreign currency income of USD4.41 million. In 2004, we reached RMB151.47 million in output value, RMB159.93 million in market income and USD5.64 million of foreign currency income. In 2005, we achieved 56% of the whole domestic export market share, RMB250 million in market income and over USD10 million in foreign currency income. We produce 32,000 tons of potassium permanganate per year, totaling to 80% of the production of potassium permanganate in China and 30% in the world. Jialing Company pays great attention to new management techniques, new systems and new technologies. We have succeeded in developing high-tech industries and have obtained remarkable economic profit. We have invented several independent patents like a gas fluidisation column that produces potassium permanganate. This particular patent has been evaluated on an Advanced International Level by National Production Promotional Center.
