| About | Chongqing General Fan Co., Ltd. was jointly established in 1994 according to Company Law. Our main products include D series blowers, special fans for cement kilns, high temperature fans, special fans for cycling process beds, coal-spring special fans, centrifugal blowers, cabinet compact fans, general purpose centrifugal fans and other various kinds of fans. Our company boasts strong technical force, production capability and reliable quality assurance system. Our company attained UKAS certification in Feb. 2002 and ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification. Our fan technology level in design, technique process, test, manufacture, and inspection has reached the leading level in the same sector, which are shown as below: 1, Quality Assurance System Our company has established comprehensive quality management system according to ISO9001-4. Each manufacturing process of delivered fans has been tested by special quality management staff members and inspectors. We make customer card with A Inspection System (namely, inspection and test on production site, product manufacturing process or ex-factory delivery), give product quality assurance commitment, and provide after-sales service of product life period. 2, Technology Force And Product Development Technology force: 1. There are more than 30 professional technicians in our company, of whom 3 are experts (professor-level and senior engineers). Middle-level and senior technical engineers are accounting for 45% of our whole staff members and workers. 2. Our company uses advanced office equipment such as computer, scanner and drawing machine. Our products are designed with CAD software. At present, fan design, selection, performance, calculation, main shaft critical speed calculation, vibration analysis and drawing, and cutting material procedures are finished by the computers. In March 2000, our company gained 2 patents of fan manufacture and assembly issued by Nation Intelligence Property Bureau. In Dec. 2000, our company gained 2 patents of fan wear-abrasion and dust-proof technology, which have made great achievements in fan manufacturing sector, and are widely used in fans, enjoying good economic and social benefits. Our company has a daily production capability of 1,200 tons and has established cooperation with PILLARD Company in France on coal-spraying fans. 3, Technology Standards or Rules Our centrifugal fan including cycling process bed special fan, special fan for cement kiln, and high temperature fan, conform to BS standard and JB/T8822-1998 standard, which are higher standards than national standards. In a word, our cost-effective products feature high reliability, durability, and high performance, and are popular with customers. Our products are found both at home and abroad, and can be imported to Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. Our products are widely used in cement building, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, power, coal, and textile industries.
