Our FRESH fish is shipped via air cargo inside LD-3 refrigerated containers and protected against mechanical failure in-flight with frozen gel packs. Quality is our highest priority. Please contact us immediately. We ship 32+ containers of FROZEN tuna monthly. Each container holds 40,000lbs net fish weight. That does not include the weight of the container or the gel packs inside keeping the fish frozen. We use modern refrigerated ships, but we use the gel packs as a safety precaution.
