The Company in production since 1979 has 10 Drop Forged Hammers ranging from 750 to 1250 Kgs. With allied Machinery spread over an area of 6000 sq. Yards to finish 25 million pcs. In a month with a work force of 200. It has controlled Heat Treatment Equipment, workshop complete in itself to provide services to the various stages of tool manufacturing, Uniform and constant polishing being achieved by making use of special purpose machines and Vibro-Fin Vibratory Finishing Machines. The ultra high quality accurate production oriented machines are being run under the supervision of qualified staff with long experience in their respective fields. The Company has a Quality Control Department with a strength of 50 personnel to implement the quality checks. The Department has Chemical Analysis Laboratory and physical properties testing Maxchines such as Hardness Tester, Torque Testing Equipment, UTM (Tensile Strength Testing Machine), Hull Cell Apparatus, Microscope and other required Gauges & Fixtures.
