| About | We are family company with 25 years tradition with very good experience in plastic injection moulding and extrusion. We have modern CNC injection moulding machines from 25 ton to 400 ton and 1 lines for producing plastic tubes from diameter 1-30 mm. This extruder line is 2 layer, so is possible to produce 2 layer tubes. In this moment we are move to new bigger location(800 square meters), because our current location are to small for the future. Our custom moulding facility provides a fast efficient, cost-effective and most importantly reliable service. Components with unit weights from fractions of a gram to over 800 grams are produced on modern, high precision machines. The range of machinery available ensures a variety of tasks can be performed. Finishing work such as drilling, reaming and assembly are also performed on site. We manufacture components in quantities from several hundred to many millions, providing a flexible solution to your component supply requirements. We process a wide range of both commodity and technical polymers including polypropylene, polyethylene, thermoplastic rubbers, EVA, pet, PVC, ABS, acetal, nylon, etc. Most of these materials can be supplied in a range of standard colours and dependent on quantity, they can be colour matched to the customer's own specific requirements. We also have many advanced mould manufacture equipments for producing moulds for ourselfs or other customers. Also we work closely with several highly qualified toolmakers, each with specialist expertise, allows us the opportunity of providing the most cost effective tooling solution. We have also in progress din en ISO 9000 certificate, which we will have it in next 6 months. Our products are in electrical, packing, medicine, household, automobile industry. For medicine we have gmp standard. We are willing work hand-in-hand with our customers in the development of new project - supporting them at all stages from concept, via drawings and prototyping to the finished component.
