Our experience. Our managing director, mr. Vijay bijlani, is an engineering graduate from m/s buhler brothers, switzerland. He also worked with the same company for as many as 10 years, where he gained his invaluable experience in swiss and german ways of quality and precision mould making and also mastered superior die casting techniques. We use the latest process in manufacturing our die casting moulds, they include designing on 3d softwares, simulation, CNC machining of plates and inserts, CNC manufacture of masters, wire cut, isocut spark erosion, precision grinding, nitriding of finished moulds etc. We specialize in porosity free, high dimension accurate and difficult thin walled castings, by using stringent process control and maintaining machine parameter control. We also machine and finish castings to whatever is the desired end product. We specialize in high accuracy machining, vibrofinishing, nickel plating, chromatising, corrosion proof powder coating and black anodizing. Awards and accolades.
