| About | Introduction: We are designer, manufacturer and exporter of custom design 5950 style fitted hats, Golf caps, Baseball caps, Promotional caps, knitted caps / Beanie. 5950 style fitted hats: We make the fitted hats for 11 different head sizes from 54cm to 64cm head size with flat brim, 3D puffed raised embroidery on front, side and back panel. We make the embroidery on visor and under visor too. We make print on the visor and the under visor too. We have made fitted hats with all body embroidery as well as all body print with custom LOGO. Accessories: We make custom high quality woven label, shiny Gold or Silver sticker on brim and inside tape printed with custom logo. We make the design digitized out of customers artworks provided to us by e-mail in JPEG or PDF format. SPORTS CAPS: We make GOLF caps, Baseball caps, Promotional caps for any club with their own logo. We make both structured and un-structured ( washed ) caps with 6 panels, 6 hole embroidered eyelets, 5 panel with 4 hole embroidered eyelets, Back closure with Velcro / high quality metallic Buckle, Ring , Elastic, pre-curved visors with 6/8 row sewing, 3D puffed embroidery on front, side , back panel and on the Velcro strap also. We make the label on the sandwich also. T-Shirts: We make T-shirts on custom design basis. We make the print on T-Shirts as follows- Screen Print, Flock Print, Foil Print, Rubber Print etc. We can make any print on the T-Shirts on any part of the T-Shirts. We make Crew Neck, V-Neck and other style but all are custom design basis. We have most modern machinery for making the custom design Caps and TShirts. We make any quantity as per our customers requirements. For printing and embroidery we have our modern units including our design center. We have our own design center and embroidery unit for making the flat and 3D puffed embroidery. Our embroidery unit is comprised with most modern Japan made automatic computerised 20 head embroidery machine. We have pretty long experience about sports caps. Before starting this company, the CEO of DHAKA HATS & CAPS had been working with two South korean leading caps manufacturing and exporting company in senior management position for more than a decade. At present we have been working with so many customers in Europe and USA for their own logo and design and also their own label. We use the following fabrics and materials for making the caps For back adjustable sports caps: 01. 100% Cotton heavy twill fabrics brushed or nonbrushed, T/C, 20 x 16s, 10 x 10, 16 x 12s cotton twill, canvas, cotton Corduroy, Jeans, high quality satin and Suede leather fabrics. For Custom fitted hats: 01. 20% wool & 80% acrylic blended fabrics. 02. High quality leather Black & Brown color specially made for Custom fitted hats.
