About Dimension Four was established in 1992, primarily focusing on multimedia accessories including CD-Rome Drive, Printers, graphic cards, sound cards, speakers.
We now operate under in three distinct areas/divisions: 1) Computer Division, 2) Customer Services Division and 3) Mobile Communication Equipment Division.
1. Computer Division

Import/Distribution of computer products including:
. Motherboards, graphics cards, sound cards.
. Modems.
. Complete range of networking products including ADSL, ISDN and wireless products (including long range covering up to 25km); IP Cameras, USB product range.
. Quality desktop computer chassis.
. Rack mount 1/2/3 & 4U computer chassis for Intel approved Servers.
. Monitors and CPU are in the pipeline.

2. Customer Services Division

We have been authorized by Motorola (Personal Communication Services) to handle International and National warranty through our established Motorola Customer Care Centres throughout Pakistan. To date 3 Walk-in Centres have been set up in: Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. There is also staff representation in Peshawar, Sialkot and Faisalabad.
There are plans to cater for other un-explored segments in the IT field which are in need of proper Customer Care setups to include repair and after sales support, items such as computer main-board and other related accessories.
Motorola Customer Care Centres Pakistan

In Pakistan Motorola has ensured the same international standards & reputation. The Customer Care Centres are fully equipped with the state of the art repair facilities & linkage to Motorola sites enabling us to instantly verify warranty information for our customers no matter where in MENA (Middle East, North Africa) they bought their Motorola product from.
So Customers in remote locations or large cities are offered drop off/collect locations with the dealers known as Authorized Service Collection Points (SCP). Presently there are over 40 such SCP through out the country.

With the forecasted sizable growth in the mobile communications in Pakistan within the next 5 years, we have made concentrated efforts to represent major role players in the supply of testing equipment for this sector. Our client list already includes Siemens Pakistan, and Technocare Dubai.

c. Rohde & Schwarz, Germany: (Through their Abu Dhabi office for calibration of mobile communications testing equipment)
