| About | Dong Fang Star Garment Factory Ltd. was established in 2000, with a total investment of RMB30 million. We have three factories: Dong Fang Star (Nantong) Garment Factory Limited., Dong Fang Star (Suyang) Garment Factory Limited and Nantong Yao Xing Fashion Garment Co., Ltd. with 1100 staff members. Our company mainly engages in the design, manufacture and sale of 3 categories of garments, such as various kinds of sport pants, sleepwear and kids' wears. Three Merchandise Departments were instituted by our company according to the demands of different markets and customers. They are responsible for operation and follow up all orders. Our Fabric and Accessories Sourcing Department undertakes the inquiries, sourcing developing and quality control of fabrics and accessories. The Quality Control Department is responsible for the establishment and improvement of our QA system as well as the quality control of all purchase orders, to ensure that the quality of finished garments can meet standards of customers. The Project Department coordinates the distribution of orders, production schedule and materials. Our Technical Department is responsible for pattern-making, sampling and layout, and provides technical documents and support for production. Finally, our Development Department is responsible for the operation of our Group's sports brand "ADOBA". Besides integrating and uncovering existing resources, we focus on the development of new fabrics and technology. While strengthening quality management, our company attaches importance to environmental protection. We established a documented management system based on GB/T19001-2000 IDT ISO9001-2000 and GB/T24001-1996 IDT ISO 14001-1996 standards. Because of the joint efforts of all employees, our company was accredited with the quality and environment systems and acquired the qualification certificate in December of 2003. At the same time, we were accredited with American WRAP and European BSCI certifications, which aims to promote and verify legality, humanism and morality in the world. Our company has obtained the certification of German "Puma", "Nautica" of American VF Group and the largest European underwear dealer of "Lindex", becoming their designated supplier.
