Doshi ion exchange & chemical industries limited (doshi) has completed 28 years if service in water and waste water management field, it is in its prime. Today doshi has attained a position of leadership by winning contracts in the international market against many reputed companies. Doshi is very well recognized for manufacturing pharmaceutical grade resins, particularly for taste masking, tablet disintegration and sustained release. It has its ISO accredited three (3) manufacturing units in so called Manchester of India, ahmedabad on the western belt of India in gujarat state. It also has an overseas office in Indonesia. Doshi pioneered ion exchange resins in the 70's, demineralization plants in 80's, desalination based on uf, mf, nf & ro membrane technology or electroionisation, electrochlorination or membrane bio-reactor technology at the turn of the century. The journey is moving towards newer technologies conquering a leadership position in every application of water & waste water treatment and effluent recycling business in almost every segment of the industry in India and abroad. The expansion program undertaken by doshi is in full swing at all three different locations. Doshi has also allocated funds in its performance chemical manufacturing facility for developing completely new R & d center for expansion and modernization to create a state of the art R & d facility including six different types of laboratories. The chemical plant for resin manufacturing will see a three fold increase in production capacity. This answers the question of targeting new territories and new clients.
