Montano, owner and general manager of equimont, started as a salesman for Milwaukee Builders & Development corp. A well-established international company, which deals also with construction and industrial products. For almost three (3) years served various clients (hardware stores, architects, interior decorators, furniture makers, contractors and developers), from Pampanga, Baguio, Pangasinan and Ilocos. After which, he established Eiron International Marketing and Development Corporation along with other incorporators. Eiron is primarily engaged in the distribution of various building products. His father Eng. Cielito A. Montano, has been operating his import-export business based in Vancouver Canada. His major products are furniture manufactured in the Philippines and sold to various furniture stores, home depots, department stores and the like, all over Canada. After selling his share in Eiron, Mr. Montano established his reputation marketing for master developers such as Megaworld and Primetown. Due to the request of his clients and former suppliers to continue their business relations. He established his latest and most recent expert marketing company Equimont Marketing.
