We are well equipped with in-house lab facilities for chemical analysis and physical/material testing equipments for quality control. Our manufacturing facility includes Induction furnace, Green Sand Casting, Centrifugal casting, Sand Moldings Casting, No Back Casting and No Due Casting of the highest grade. We are equipped with a standard room with Spectro meter, Micro meter and Microscope to maintain highest quality in our products. We have a total manufacturing capacity of 350 tones of casting per month. We have a fully equipped machine shop to meet the above requirement of finishing the casting which includes CNC Machine, SPM, vertical Honing machines and special purpose grinding machines. Our range of products include Liners, Sleeves for LCV, HCV, Marine engines, Compressors, Stationary Engines and Industrial engines and blocks for 2wheelers , 3wheelers and industrial engines. We have a wide range of Liners & Sleeves and Valve Guide for domestic and export markets.
