The grade of pungency of this variety ranges betwen 250, 000 to 300, 000 scoville degrees, that makes one of the hottest peppers in the world. We have the finest tequilas available in a variety of presentations. 1. Tequila Blanco 'silver'-these silvers are aged less than 60 days and mantain most of their original purity and freshness. Best serve with a mixer. Or as a shot with lime and salt. Reposado 'rested'-these rested tequilas are aged from 2 to 9 months for smother taste. Anejos 'aged'-aged in oak barrels no less than one year. These are the smoothest and most mellow of all tequilas.
