| About | COMPANY PROFILE FBT Industries (P) Limited was Established in 1986, manufactures Moulded Rubber Components (metal bonded and non-metal bonded) , Rubber Hoses (braided and non-braided) , Rubber Tubings and other Rubber Extrudates / Calendered Composites for Automobile & other Industrial applications (both for OE and replacement markets) . The company was founded and is headed by Dr. Ashok Bhatia. We are OE suppliers to M / s Hero Honda Motors Ltd (DOL and through approved vendors) , Minda group of companies (M / s Anu Auto & M / s Kunal Auto for HH & Maruti parts) , Super Auto India Ltd (for Honda Motorcycle, Yamaha & Mahindra parts) , Escorts Limited, International Tractors Ltd, Life Long Appliances Ltd, Switch International Ltd and Imperial Auto Industries Ltd (for automobile radiator and air & LP hydraulic brake hoses for Telco & Mahindra) , amongst others and registered suppliers to Indian Railways (for RDSO and non RDSO items) and Defence. Having made a mark for itself in the domestic market, the firm is now poised to meet global challenger in Rubber and Polymer based applications and aims at least 25% rise in sales turnover every year. The company is registered with ISO certification and the TS: 16949 certificate. Located at Faridabad, Haryana (plot 43, sec-4: unit I and plot 77, sec-6: unit II) , both our units have excellent manufacturing facilities (including state of art Injection Moulding Presses and Cold Feed Extruders) , a self sufficient tool-room (equipped with state of art CNC Milling m / c. Amongst other machine tools) and a R& D and testing laboratory well equipped with Ozone chamber & Cold chamber.
