| About | Our company was established on 1987 by current president Kuroda. We are doing business almost 23 years. He had only 3 machines at the start. From the beginning of our company, we especially focused on precision springs. To be specific, we focused on the springs made by less than 0.2mm wire diameter. This strategy led us to current success. Our company is doing business with most of the main probe manufacturer in Japan. In 1996, we developed new shape springs for ball point pen. After we developed new shape springs, the water ballpoint market expanded rapidly. On the other hand , our company is satisfying the demand of the customer who wants more ultra precision springs. There are many springs maker who provides small springs. But most companies make not only small springs but large springs. They can not provide huge amount of small springs because they don't have sufficient machines which can make precision springs. Furthermore, we have the plating plant. Mass production and short lead time is our advantage. Now we can make ultra precision springs. The specification is....................... Outer diameter - 0.065mm Wire diameter - 0.016mm Shape - straight type (not tapered) Free length - 1mm - 5mm Now we are trying to develop more precision springs.
