| About | The Buccicatini farm has a recent history, being born in 1993, for the passion of Umberto Buccicatino who followes the familly tradition began from his father Giovanni. At the base of the success there production chooses that starts from strict management of 20 hectares of own wineyard, where are cultivated Montepulciano, Trebbiano and Cabernet Sauvignon species of wine, partially implanted with high density of plants for hectare on tendentially argillaceous and pebbled grounds of hills around Vacri, The vintage is made by hand when the ripe moment is more suitable for each typology of wine wich ono by one moved in to the cellar for wine-making using new technology machinery and a characteristic "hall of the barrels" in the basement of the managerial house with different oak casks for dimensions and origin. The Buccicatini farm avail itself of the consulence of the agronomists coordinated by the winemaker Romeo Taraborrelli, one of the most famous in Italy. |
