Kaprolin is mono-layer artificial thermo-shrinkable polyamide casing intended for manufacture of frankfurters, wieners and mini-sausages. Kaprolin casing is produced on modern industrial equipment of high-quality polyamide materials and intended for stuffing on all types of forming equipment. Kaprolin possesses high barrier, physical and mechanical properties, stability of the caliber, high thermo-shrinkage and biological inertness. Such combination of the properties allows overstuffing the casing up to 10-12% . At the change from analogue casing (for example, amipack casing) to kaprolin there is no need in additional readjustment and testing (the same operation and further use stability) . The main calibers of kaprolin: 22, 24 and 32 mm. Expiration date of a product in kaprolin casing is 15 days. Kaprofive is five-layer artificial thermo-shrinkable polyamide casing intended for manufacturing of all kinds of boiled, liver sausages, hams, pastes and forcemeats. Kaprofive casing is produced under original technology of high-quality raw materials. The raw materials supplied to florex by key-producers of polymers and guaranteed by all necessary international and Russian certificates. Kaprofive is intended for operation on automatic and semi-automatic equipment. The casing possesses high barrier, physical and mechanical properties, stability of caliber at stuffing, impermeability for gases and water steam. Such combination of the properties guarantees increase in expiration date of finished product up to 60 days. Kaprofive casing caliber is 35-160 mm. Color palette of the casing is wide; it is possible to produce exclusive colors. One or two-side full-colour printing can be applied on the casing. Kaprofive can be supplied both in reels and in shirred briquettes.
