Our sealed quenched vacuum furnace would start operating in the third quarter of the year 2000. The drop hammer and press forged shops are equipped with necessary quality control equipment and laboratory to test the materials for composition before releasing the same for forging. Crack detection test of individual forging is carried out, where specified for critical components by the equipment manufacturer. All materials are procured with the manufacturers test certificate and tested to confirm the chemical/metallurgical properties including hardness.
