(hereinafter referred to Ziri Biotech) is located at the Economic Development Zone in Fuzhou, the provincial capital of Fujian Province and a coastal city in the southeast of China. We uses multi-stage water filtration system, Mechanical Filter, Active Carbon Filter and 0.45 micrometer Micropore Filter, in combination with reverse osmosis processor and the RO membrane, and equip with Ozone Generator at the end of water treatment, so the water for our products is truly pure water (containing no harmful substances, bacteria or any additive and can be drunk directly). Our water circulation system is recycled continuously without a hitch by medical stainless steel and seamless pipes to ensure that the water for production is always in circulation and safe at the most in all aspects. (The level of water is excellent and the conductivity is less than 5microsecond / cm.) In accordance with China's "Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)" (revised in 1998), Ziri Biotech spontaneously built a modular sterile workshop, and passed the test by Fujian Center For Disease Control & Prevention(FCDCP), an inspection agency designated by the China's Ministry of Health. (The air cleanliness in the production control area meets the requirements of 100,000). This workshop is equipped with complete mouthwash, breath spray and hand wash production lines. Ziri Biotech has established a standard R & D center and a Test center, equipped with a variety of physical and chemical analysis instruments and testing facilities, such as clean sterile console, constant temperature incubator, drying oven, biochemical incubator, high-precision electronic balance, biological microscope, colony counter, PH tester, independent hot rooms, cold rooms. Our company can undertake bacterial culture and inoculation independently, and detect the validity and the stability of the product, microbial contamination, bactericidal and bacteriostatic ability and other aspects timely and accurately. We have been long entrusting two agencies as FCDCP and SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.(SGS)to carry toxicological testing and material content testing for our products. Our packing workshop adopts enclosed and dust-free management, providing effective health protection to environment of the workshop, heads, hands and feet of the staff have carried out.
