| About | We would like to introduce ourselves as one of the manufacturers of precision spindles for turning, milling, boring and grinding applications. Started in the year 2001 we have designed and developed various types of precision spindle units and parts (Pulleys, Wheel flanges, Adaptors, Quills etc. ) for machine tool and SPM builders. The spindle shafts are case hardened, stabilized and dynamically balanced before final assembly. We use precision angular contact ball bearings of P4 class and imported synthetic grease. Assembly of spindles takes place in dust free controlled temperatures. All our spindles are tested for temperature and vibration at optimum speed as per DIN 8637. We also undertake reconditioning of any imported or local make spindles for which we request you to send the unit to our works so us to dismantle and give the report of the same.
