Those who want to loose weight also do Power Yoga. Many corporate executives prefer to go for hatha yoga with breathing and meditation. A trial sessions varies from Dhs. 50-Dhs. 300 and a package of 20, 25 or 48 sessions of one hour costs Dhs. 800, Dhs. 1000 or Dhs. 1700. Yoga @ home is popular where you would want an instructor to come to your house and is enjoyed by a lot of ladies who cannot come out because of their children and by top managers who would want to do yoga in the privacy of their home to avoid travel time. It costs Dhs 3500 for 20 sessions of one hour each.
