| About | It is our desire to offer you the work and experience of a young, dynamic company, made up of a team of young people with a wide experience in the field of nonwoven geotextiles, and who, together, have been dedicating their energies to the production and commercialisation of these products since march 2000. We offer technical competence, modern, sophisticated and innovative production technology, quality and personalised service based on your needs. We believe in the future of nonwoven geotextiles as products with an ever growing field of action in geotechnical and environmental engineering and in building industry, to be used alone or combined with other geosynthetics. Our materials are to be used directly on construction works or in industrial processes for the manufacture of geocomposites. Our main market areas are Italy and the European Countries, which we serve with 4 modern plants, able to guarantee a productivity of ca. 20. 000. 000 KG per year. Our headquarters and production sites are at present situated in two plants (5. 200 sq m of covered workshop and warehouse) + (3. 500 sq m of covered space) ; the team, initially made up of 13 people, has now reached 45 employees. The quality and safety of our products is based on a Quality Management System following the EN ISO 9001 Regulations, and on the certification of production control in accordance with the CE harmonized standards on geotextiles. Moreover, the technical characteristics of our nonwovens are permanently checked by the surveillance of external bodies like Asqual (France) , RVS (Austria) and NorGeoSpec (Scandinavia) . Our internal laboratory enables us to check and certify the materials sent to your job sites, by means of a variety of tests according current European standards on geotextiles and related products: Areic mass, Thickness, Tensile strength, Elongation, Static puncture (CBR test) , Dynamic perforation (Cone drop test) , Permeability normal to the plane, Characteristic opening size. It is our intention to maintain a continuous system of improvement in the quality of our products and it is our aim to promote the use of high quality geotextiles by taking part in work-shops organised by UNI (Italian Standard Body) , ASSINGEO (Italian Association of nonwoven geotextile Producers) and by E. A. G. M. (European Association of geotextile and geotextile related products Manufacturers) . The production of our nonwovens is personalised according to the laying requirements, with roll dimensions that can be modified both in height and in length. The packing can also be personalised and specially made to reduce loading and unloading costs, transport and stocking at the work-site and in the warehouse. We produce mainly geotextiles in polypropylene and in polyester, by means of a complex procedure which consists of the carding of the fibres, mechanical cohesion by means of needle-punching, in various phases, and final thermo-calendaring treatment at variable temperatures. The areic mass can be varied on request, with a range from 90 g / m2 to 1500 g / m2. The mechanical and hydraulic properties depend on the quality of the raw material used and of the specific type of production procedure adopted: We can personalise the characteristics of the materials according to your specifications. |
